Privacy Policy

When you create a MaintainPro account we collect your email address and password, and the business information you enter (business name, logo, customers, maintenance agreements, and visits). When you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

We use your information to run the service: tracking your agreements and visits, sending the daily reminder email you opt into, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your information to anyone.

We advertise MaintainPro with Google Ads. To measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups, a Google measurement tag on this site reports when a visitor starts a free trial. This shares standard advertising measurement data (such as the fact that a sign-up happened after an ad click) with Google for measurement and ad optimization purposes.

Visitors in regions that require consent for advertising cookies (the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Quebec) are not tracked by this tag. You can read how Google handles this data at Google's Business Data Responsibility site.

We send account emails (like signup confirmation) and, if you turn it on in Settings, a daily reminder about upcoming visits and renewals. You can turn the daily reminder off at any time in Settings.

You can update or delete your business data in the app at any time. To delete your account entirely, contact us and we will remove your account and data.
